GoDaddy Surpasses 3000 Employees, Seeks to Hire 350 More

Go Daddy must be doing good business. It has more than 3,000 people and is looking to hire more. The majority of its staff are working in the company's Customer Care centers.

Despite the recession, the company has managed to double in size in less than four years.

"We know people like to use the Internet to communicate, shop, research, play games and more," said Go Daddy CEO and founder Bob Parsons. "But when it comes to solving a problem or figuring out how to improve their website ... people want to talk to people."

Go Daddy says it takes on an "around-the-clock personalized brand of customer service," which includes extensive training for its employee.

In addition to offering positions in its Customer Care department, Go Daddy is also looking to fill positions in the aeras of Linux and .NET engineers, I-T development, marketing, accounting and facilities.

Those individuals interested in working at Go Daddy can apply online.
